The call closed on the 15th September, and we’d like to thank all 16 applicants and their CTU/CTC collaborators that submitted a study proposal. These proposals will now be thoroughly examined by our three external advisory boards, and we will be able to get back to the applicants before the end of the year with an initial response.

Funding possibilities in BeNeFIT-2 call (opening date mid-October 2020)

KCE and ZonMw are continuing their collaboration and in October will open a second call for the research community to submit clinical trial proposals. The aim of BeNeFIT (Belgium-Netherlands Funding of International Trials) is for Belgian and Dutch institutions to jointly conduct non-commercial, practice-oriented research that is relevant for patients, healthcare providers and policy makers in both countries. The 5 first clinical trials funded in BeNeFIT-1 are starting to recruit patients.
