Planned study - In Belgium, access to smoking cessation interventions is currently inadequate, with many regional differences and a lack of national guidelines. Literature on this subject is abundant and other European countries have recently published guidelines in this area. Our research will focus on two questions: 1. What are effective and cost-effective smoking cessation methods? and 2. How are these smoking cessation interventions used in practice in Belgium, and what improvements can be made to their implementation?
