Progress of KCE Trials funded studies
Every month, clinical studies funded by KCE Trials reach important milestones. The most recent ones are listed below.
This month marks significant progress across several funded studies, with seven key study milestones achieved! Three new contracts have been signed, launching the GPS-AD, the HIPRO and the PRECISE-2 trials. In addition, two studies, AWARE and Life-Twin, have both enrolled their first patient. We are also pleased to highlight the publication of results from two studies funded under our dedicated call on long covid: PURE COVID and COVCOG, further contributing to the dissemination of independent, publicly funded research.
Finally, we have released an updated version of the KCE Trials protocol templates, aligned with the latest version of the SPIRIT Statement, to support investigators in developing robust, transparent, and internationally compliant study protocols.
As a public funder, we are committed to full transparency. You can find a lot of information on all funded trials (70 so far) on our website and on our dynamic dashboard.
At the end of the year, we are grateful to all who support and conduct independent clinical research in the public interest.
The whole KCE Trials team wishes you a warm holiday season and look forward to continuing this collective effort to strengthen evidence-based care.
